1.Timely Payment Discount of 3% will be given to the clients if the installments are made before or on the due date.
2.In case of any upward revision of EDC & IDC by Govt. Agencies in future, the same will be recovered from the customer on pro-rata basis.
3. Company reserves the right to change the price, the price applicable on the date of booking shall be accepted.
4. Stamp Duty, Registration & other charges shall however be payable before physical possession.
5. Completion date will be 30 months from the date of start of construction of the project subject to the force-majeure conditions.
6. Cheque/DD should be drawn in the favour of " Omaxe Ltd." and payable at Delhi.
