Tower Basic Sale Price (BSP) Sizes
OXY Rs. 7,500/- per sq. ft. 280 sq. ft. Onwards
Plan A – Assured Return Payment Plan
1 At the time of booking 10 % of BSP
2 Within 2 months of booking 85% of BSP + EDC & IDC + PLC (if any)
3 On ‘Offer of Possession’ 5% of BSP + IFMS + Other charges as applicable
Option 1) Assured Return with Guaranteed Appreciation
1.   Assured return of 12% p.a payable on quarterly basis on amount deposited till “3 Years from the date of booking”. Such return will be paid from the date of payment of within “2 months of booking” installments as per Plan A.
2.   Lease rent @ Rs. 55/- per sq. ft. per month for 2 years will be paid after 3 Years from the date of booking.
3.   Buyer has the “Option to Surrender” after 3 years from the date of booking and in such case
Rs. 500/- per sq. ft. appreciation will be paid.
Option 2) Assured Return with Physical Possession
1.  Assured return of 12% p.a payable on quarterly basis on amount deposited till ‘Offer of Possession’. Such return will be paid from the date of payment of within “2 months of booking” installments as per Plan A.
2.   Allotment of unit will be made at the time of booking.
3.   Free leasing assistance will be provided by Company.
4.   Free maintenance period of 12 months will be given from the date of ‘Offer of Possession’.
Plan B – Time Linked Payment Plan
1 At the time of booking 10% of BSP
2 Within 2 Months of booking 10% of BSP
3 Within 4 Months of booking 10% of BSP + 50% of EDC & IDC
4 Within 6 Months of booking 10% of BSP + 50% of EDC & IDC
5 Within 8 Months of booking 10% of BSP + 50% of PLC (if any)
6 Within 10 Months of booking 10% of BSP + 50% of PLC (if any)
7 Within 12 Months of booking 10% of BSP
8 Within 14 Months of booking 10% of BSP
9 Within 17 Months of booking 10% of BSP
10 On ‘Offer of Possession’ 10% of BSP + IFMS + Other charges as applicable
Note:
1.   5% timely payment discount will be given on each installment (beyond booking amount).
2.   Allotment of unit will be made at the time of booking.
3.   Free leasing assistance will be provided by Company.
4.   Free maintenance period of 12 months will be given from the date of ‘Offer of Possession’.

Note:
·    In case of more than one PLC a discount of Rs. 100/- per sq. ft. shall be applicable.
·    In case of more than two PLCs a discount of Rs. 200/- per sq. ft. shall be applicable.
Note :
1.   Registration of sale deed/conveyance deed of units is permissible by competent authority in the project.
2.   Prices are firm  and escalation free from the respective dates of booking subject to Buyer’s
Agreement.
3.   Prices indicated above are subject to revision at the discretion of the company. Prices prevailing
on the date of booking shall be applicable.
4.   ECC & FFC on actual pro-rata basis and Power back up installation charges will be charged at the time of offer of possession in addition to the price/charges stated above.
5.   Registration stamp duty and any other charges, as applicable, shall be payable by the allottee before the execution of sale deed.
6.   Prices, assured return and terms & conditions stated herein are merely with a view to acquaint
the  applicant  and  are  not  exhaustive.  For  detailed  terms  &  conditions  please  refer  to  the application form, MOU and unit Buyer's Agreement.
7.   Any additional facility, if provided, will be charged extra.
8.   All  building  plans,  layouts,  specifications  etc.  are  tentative  and  subject  to  variation  and modification as decided by the company or competent authority.
9.   Interest free maintenance security (IFMS) shall be payable extra @ Rs. 100/- per sq.ft. at the time of offer of possession.
10. Government charges i.e. Service Tax, VAT, Labour Cess etc. or any Government Levies will be charged extra as per statutory norms from time to time.
11. Payment  through  cheque/demand  draft  are  to  be  made  in  favor  of  "RPS-INFINIA"  or  as demanded by the developer from time to time. All cheque/demand draft shall be payable at Delhi/Faridabad only, outstation cheques are not acceptable.
12. Club membership may be availed by customer on request basis and on payment of necessary
charges. However company reserve its right to accept this special request.
