NOTE:-

  • Sales Price / Cost of flat Includes all statutory charges, Allotment of one Open Car Parking Space for usage only, Club Membrship , Provision of Power Backup of 2KVA, External Electrification Charges ( EEC ), Fire Fighting Equipment and Installation Charges ( FFC ) etc.
  • Other charges constitute of Possession charges, Maintenance charges, Stamp Duty and Registration charges, RWA membership etc. shall be paid extra.
