Note :-

1. All payments must be made by Cheques/Pay Order/ Demand Draft only to be issued in favour of “OMAXE CITY CENTRE” payable at Delhi only.

2. Fitout of the Unit shall be offered within 48 months from the date of execution of Allotement Latter/ Agreement by the Allottee or start of construction of the respective Building Block, whichever is later, subject to force majeure terms and other conditions to be more fully described in the Allotment Letter Agreement

3. For payment plan A ,11% P.A. Assured Return shall be payable on receipt of minimum 50% of BSP. On payment of subsequent 50% of BSP after one year as per payment plan opted by client assured return will be 100% of BSP. ( Assured Return will not be applicable on partial payment.)

4. For payment plan B, 11%  P.A. Assured return shall be payable on receipt of minimum 50%  of BSP & only on 50% of BSP. No return will be given on subsequent instalemnet of BSP as per payment plan ( Assured Return will not be applicable on partial payments.)

5. For payment plan C, 11%  P.A. Assured return shall be payable on receipt of minimum 100%  of BSP. ( Assured Return will not be applicable on partial payments.)

6. Assured return will be given for 48 months of till offer of Fit-Out / Possession whichever is later Plus 6% assured return for one year from possession.

7. Company will have lease rights of 21 years of possession. Company is committed for first lease gurantee.

 

8. Registration Expenses, Stamp Duty, Legal Charges, court Fee, Documentation Charges etc. shall be payable extra by the allottee as applicable at the time of registration of title deeds.
