Term and Conditions:-

1. Prices are firm and escalation free from the respective dates of booking and have been ascertained after considering the impact of GST on cost of the project. Moreover the above said schemes/plans are for limited period/stock only.

2. Prices indicated above are subject to revision at the discretion of the company. Prices prevailing on the date of booking shall be applicable.

3. Registration Stamp Duty and other charges as applicable would be payable by the allottee before the execution of sale deed. Interest Free Maintenance Security (IFMS) shall be payable @ Rs. 100/- psf at the time of possession.

4. Service Tax, VAT, GST, ECC, FFC, Electricity Meter and connection charges, labour cess etc. and any other cess/charges/taxes as applicable will be payable extra as applicable.

5. The Company endeavor to offer possession or offer for fitout whichever is earlier with in 24 months. Offer for fitout by company shall be equivalent to Offer of possession for all purposes.

6. Incase of any increase in EDC & IDC, enhanced EDC or in any other charges levied by government agencies/authorities either from retrospective effect or otherwise the same shall be payable by customer proportionately.

7. The above mentioned area are super area/saleable area which includes covered area plus proportionate share of common area such as common toilet, corridor etc.

8. All building plans, layouts, specifications etc. are tentative and subject to variation and modification as decided by the company or Competent Authority.

9. Price, Terms and Conditions stated herein are merely with a view to acquaint the applicant and are not exhaustive. Allotment of Unit will be governed by terms and conditions as contained in application form and Buyer's Agreement to be signed by the Applicant/Allottee.

10. Cheques to be made in favour of "RPS AURIA" (or as intimated by the company from time to time), payable at Delhi/Faridabad only. Outstations cheques are not acceptable.
